For the past 20 years, the West Panthers have been a cornerstone of field hockey excellence in the South West. Our rich history is built on a foundation of passion, dedication, and a commitment to developing young talent. We are proud to have a plethora of talented coaches who bring their expertise and enthusiasm to every training session and game.
At West Panthers, we believe in nurturing the next generation of coaches from within. Many of our coaching staff are former Panthers players who have transitioned into coaching roles. This continuity ensures that our values and standards of excellence are passed down, creating a supportive environment where new coaches can thrive and grow.
